SHIPPING POLICY

Freight is not included

Shipping is not included in the checkout price. Freight is quoted and charged separately, after purchase. We recommend contacting us prior to checkout to confirm freight costs, or sourcing your own freight quote, so the full delivery cost is factored into your purchase before you commit.

Collection and Dispatch

All items must be collected, or freight arrangements finalized, within two weeks (14 days) of purchase. Freight must be paid in full prior to collection or dispatch. 

Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Transfer of Risk

Once we transfer the products to the carrier, title, risk, and loss passes o you. From that point, any claim for loss or damage in transit is between you and the carrier. We recommend confirming the goods are insured for transit before dispatch.
